color boardIn the developing, I chose 7 colors in my collection. It is including navy blue, dull pink, copper, light grey, apricot, pale violet and black color. There combination is easy to mix and match.
I development 35 sets color scheme for select the best color scheme.
I will description the color scheme by the right hand side to left hand side. And I think the prefect outfits should be added some colors elements; to have little part and the large part. The little part is just the accessories; is important in the outfit because it can make it more detail in a collection and need to have match other outfit.
1) Navy blue is just in the little part in this outfit. The slim cut coat used the copper luster; the shirt body is apricot but the collar and cuff used navy blue. And the slimly trousers used the light grayish and it added a pair of navy blue. The upper part, it is complimentary color scheme and the lower part with light grayish.
2) Light grayish is just in the little part in this outfit. Shirt, the welt pocket and the shoes used the same no hue color (achromatic); the coat and trouser are using the contrast of value (dull pink and navy blue).
3) Copper color is just in the little part in this outfit. The sweater used apricot and the shirt used pale violet with the copper collar; this is warm and cool together. Trousers used the light grayish with a pair copper boots.
4) Apricot color is just in the little part in this outfit, to do the sweater used pale violet to mix and match the shirt used with the copper in the main body; collar and the cuff used apricot. The upper part, it is giving us fresh and bright; this is warm and cool together. Trousers are added apricot at the pocket and used the light grayish with a pair same hue and same value shoes.

This means just as the word natural implies, all that is authentic and serene; innate, effortless and without artifice. This is ‘organic; palette-untreated, health giving ample serving of vegetal greens used in tandem with environmentally-correct natural tones.

It is giving us classic, confident, professional, serene and dependable. It is also meaning authoritative, basic, convservative.
4) Copper luster pantone
Brown color means solid, reliable brown is the color of earth and is abundant in nature. Light brown implies genuineness while dark brown is similar to wood or leather. Brown can also be sad and wistful. Some researchers said that men are more apt to say brown is one of their favorite colors. So, Brown is used in every year but different tone. And ‘Brown” and ‘Copper’ is same hue but different shade. ‘Copper’ is also the trend on a/w09.
5)Red earth pantone 16-1516(Dull pink)
It is giving us energy and youthful. They are seen as energetic and create a feeling of movement and wild abandon. They are fun and exciting, but riskier
6) Mauve pantone 18-3518 (pale violet)
It can have many meaning from contemplative to regal, depending largely on the background and cultural heritage of the viewer.
Cause of Historical and culture the fashion trend evolution:
Technology brings ever-changing advances in design and color. It is important to stay on top of the newer methods of creating color and how that might influence color palettes.
Lifestyle and Cultural: These are insights that can be gleaned from various periodicals or reports about popular pursuits or lifestyle choices. What are the favorite forms of recreation and what do people usually wear when they are involved in these activities?
That related to the theme because the ‘proportion’. The idea comes from protect the environment. So, they should be concern the part of color with the silhouette such as slim cut and proportion. Moreover, we should be think more how to using the color with not natural color.
As a result, various countries advocate the support environmental protection in recent years, moreover is not allow to neglect, the world is also threaten e.g. disaster, seaquake, the iceberg dissolves the snow, thus Marni also supports this environmental protection item to respond.
Marni also follow the fashion forecasting moreover they should be keep to own style. Also, they should not effect by other brand influence, moreover they have own set of color scheme for they have their host hit, bold to mix & match. It is also they are welcome the reason. Therefore autumn and winter 09/10 uses the following few color schemes.
The conclusion of the color analysis in fashion:
Color has always been used symbolically, whether painted directly on the body or worn in garments to announce the wearers’ social status their tribe or country or other significant group. Humans have always used color in their surroundings for decorative purpose or to chronicle their every day lives and other important events. Throughout history, color has consistently been a critical factor in determining the choice of bartered or bough goods. In most cultures, color choice is not haphazard as each hue has a very meaningful; or magical effect.
I think this project is not easy. Before I learn this color trend, when I watch a fashion show, I saw the collection look like so simple and easy. After this assignment, I know it is not easy to do. If they do as well collection, they need to do much research, related the brand historical and style; culture, environment, a natural calamity and fashion forecasting.
Color effected to some people's mood. Or it is represent the personality by the color using. When some people are not happy, they should wear some no hue color (achromatic). On the contrary, they will wear some high hue and high chroma clothes for represent their mood.
Finally, it changed my life, my fashion sense, my style.
